How It Works
Contact us
Online clients will be asked to complete the online questionnaire above prior to your first appointment so we can review your information and provide the most tailored and effective support.
Don’t forget to mention if you’re interested in Genetic Weight-loss.
First Appointment
After reviewing your questionnaire, we’ll arrange a first appointment via phone or Teams to discuss your information and clarify any additional information needed for your diet plan construction.
For genetic client’s, we will arrange for a DNA sample collection via courier. We offer convenient courier services for package delivery and collection.
Second Appointment
Your second appointment will focus on an in-depth discussion of your diet calculated. Please note that all diets and food lists will be send via email after your session.
Follow-up sessions will be scheduled once you receive your diet plan to ensure we adjust and support your progress effectively.
For genetic clients, this appointment is for the review and detailed discussion of your genetic report. This will help us tailor a personalized approach based on your unique genetic insights. You’ll receive a full report with diet and lifestyle recommendations via email.
Support
We offer unlimited WhatsApp support and check-ins for the first 3 months.
Payment
For online consultations we require the full payment via EFT before diet plans are emailed.
For genetic testing, full payment is required via EFT before a DNA sample kit is sent via courier. The practice makes direct payments to the lab through an online portal, which requires payment to be completed before any testing can begin.
All online BARK clients must pay the full consultation fee upfront to confirm their booking
